A criminal organization, consisting of two (2) groups, whose members committed fraud and forgery against companies, traders and individuals throughout the country, was dismantled by the Police.
As mentioned in the relevant announcement of the Hellenic Police, 15 locals (11 men and one woman), members of the organization, were arrested, including the 4 leaders. 6 additional members of the organization have been identified and are wanted by the Police.
The members of the “A’ Group” are said to be active in committing frauds against individuals, with an estimated racketeering at over 102,000 euros (fraud committed and attempted) and the members of the “B’ Group” are said to be active in committing frauds against companies and traders, with an estimated racketeering at over 1,000,000 euros (fraud committed and attempted).
