Pursuant to article 14 of the Rules of Operation of the Alternative Market, as in force, PHOENIX VEGA MEZZ PLC (the “Company”) announces, following the relevant notification received from 26.08.2021, that the total percentage of voting rights directly held by Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis and incorporated in shares amounted to 25.08.2021 of the minimum limit of 5%.
Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis directly holds 70,504,228 voting rights corresponding to an equal number of common, registered, voting, intangible shares (ie 5.638% of the total voting rights of the Company).
