Alpha Urban Real Estate – Reduction in turnover and profits in the first half

In the first half of 2021, the consolidated turnover of Alpha Urban Real Estate decreased. Specifically, it amounted to 6 million euros from 6.2 million euros in the first half of 2020, according to a relevant announcement of the company.

Net profits were equally down. Analytically, net profit after tax on a consolidated basis amounted to 0.3 million euros, compared to profit of 0.9 million euros in the same period in 2020.
