Covid-19-related restrictive measures were extended on Friday for the prefectures of Achaia, Ilia, Messinia, the city of Irakleio (Crete) and the island of Ikaria, at least until next Friday, due to a surge in the virus’ infection rate in the specific region.
At the same time, the prefectures of Argolida and Evritania were added to the high-risk category (Level 4), meaning a curfew on non-essential movement outdoors between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.
