The last shopping and the last banking transactions of the year will be available to consumers today, December 31st.
Today New Year’s Eve, the shops will open at 10:00 and close at 18:00.
Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, Saturday 1/1 and Sunday 2/1 the shops will remain closed.
The opening hours of the shops proposed by the Athens Chamber of Commerce for the following days are as follows:
Friday 31/21/2021, 10:00 – 18:00.
Saturday 1/1/2022, Holiday.
Sunday 2/1/2022, Closed.
Also, today New Year’s Eve, the supermarkets will be open from 8:00 to 20:00.
The banks will also operate with special hours. Today New Year’s Eve banks will close an hour earlier, ie at 13:00 instead of 14:00.
