Today, HEDNO announced the launch of a new telephone line, 800 400 4000, that will operate 24/7, both for reporting damages and customer service, and it will be free of charge wether calling from mobile or fixed telephones.
It is reminded that, in addition to the customer service, citizens have the opportunity through www.deddie.gr to process a very wide range of their requests, which can vary from a request for meter readings, to a new connection or a request for a night meter. For their convenience, they can complete their requests faster with the guidance of the digital helper (chat bot).
In addition, for damage reporting, citizens can also download the HEDNO mobile app (for iOS and Android) and register the damage from their mobile phones within a few minutes.
The full digitalization of all services is a permanent commitment of HEDNO, with the aim of improving the experience of citizens and simplifying all procedures to meet their demands faster.
