The acquisition of Florida 1 Commercial Park in Thessaloniki was announced by Fourlis Holdings.
In particular, TRADE ESTATES AEEAP, a company of the Fourlis Group, proceeded to the completion of the transaction for the purchase of the company KTIMATODOMI SA, owner and manager of the commercial park FLORIDA 1 in Thessaloniki.
The total price for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the company KTIMATODOMI SA amounted to 35,960,509 euros
