
The way is open for the transfer of the Skaramagas shipyards to the Greek shipowner Giorgos Prokopiou, as with his announcement the President of the Council of State announced that the Supreme Court rejected the suit of the municipality of Haidari, against the Hellenic Public Properties Co. (HPPC) and the Hellenic Shipyards.
It is reminded that the municipality of Haidari requested the cancellation of: 1) The announcement of HPPC dated 4.6.2021. for the holding of an open bidding tender for the sale of a part of the real estate of the major area of Skaramaga Shipyards and 2) of A.P. 9015 / 7.7.2021 of the decision of the managing director of HPPC, by which the company “MILINA ENTERPRISES COMPANY LIMITED” was declared the final bidder with a financial consideration of 37,316,041.88 euros.
