ND party cadre ousted after body-shaming TV host on social media

New Democracy sources clarified that party member and politician Aphrodite Latinopoulou has no place in the party organization, neither at local nor central level, and will not be a candidate in the next national elections.

Ms. Latinopoulou, once again, came to the fore for the wrong reasons after she body-shamed television host Danae Barka, through a post on Twitter.

The former ND politician reposted a tweet concerning the appearance of the presenter of the show “Pame Danae” on the beach saying plus-sized persons are the wrong role model for a society with a large percentage of childhood and adult obesity.
