Dimand Real Estate Development is set for public offering via a listing on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) aimed at raising 98 million euros, almost the sum total of the Athens-based property developer’s shares.
The public offering is comprised of 6,213,100 new common new shares, along with the public offering of 325,000 common shares to a limited number of investors – of 35 percent of the company’s share capital.
