Dimand and Premia Properties emerged as the preferred investment scheme for Project Skyline

In particular, according to a relevant announcement, DIMAND S.A. and Premia Properties A.E.E.A.P. jointly inform the investing public that their joint investment scheme “Dimand – Premia Properties” has been selected as the preferred investor in the tender process conducted by Alpha Bank for the selection of a strategic investor for Project Skyline.

The real estate portfolio

Project Skyline is an investment vehicle of Alpha Bank which includes a portfolio of privately owned properties of various uses with a significant concentration in Athens, Thessaloniki and other urban centers of Greece.

Indicative of the Property Portfolio are independent commercial properties in the center of Athens, on Filellinon Street (Syntagma Square), on Stadiou Street (Korai Square), at the junction of Sofokleous and Aiolou Streets, etc., as well as a portfolio of 205 houses and apartments.

The joint venture and Alpha Bank will start negotiations with the aim of finalizing the agreement within the third quarter of 2022. Dimand and Premia Properties will make the necessary announcements to the investing public, based on the current legislation, as concerns any development on the matter
