“Responding to the Greek Prime Minister’s proposal for the establishment of an EU Research Center for Alternative Marine Fuels and Technologies, we have put in our immediate plans the creation of a center that will focus on the energy efficiency of ships in operation, based in Greece, which will operate in close cooperation with the Greek shipping community”, said Nick Brown, CEO of Lloyd’s Register, during a meeting of Lloyd’s Register’s Greek Advisory Committee.
