Greece-based Motor Oil, one of the biggest petro-chemical concerns in southeast Europe, on Thursday announced the full acquisition of Thalis E.S., a water cycle and solid waste recycling company based in Athens.
The listed refinery group pointed to a keen interest in expanding its recycling and RES capability.
The announcement came a day after Motor Oil posted impressive nine-month 2022 results.
