A major deal in Greece’s construction infrastructure sector was finalized on Thursday with Intrakat’s acquisition of Aktor, a subsidiary of the Ellaktor group, and with the consideration reportedly reaching 214 million euros.
The acquisition, which was more-or-less expected over the recent period, elevates Intrakat as the second biggest construction company in the country, with some four billion euros in projects on its books, based on 2022 figures.
As previously reported, the deal does not include Aktor’s concessions.
