Construction and infrastructure contractor GEK Terna on Thursday reported a major improvement in results for 2022, with adjusted EBITDA up by 661.8 million euros, compared to 323.5 million euros the previous year. Revenues totaled 3.938 billion euros, up from 1.144 billion euros in 2021.
Net profits reached 174.4 million euros in 2022, up from 33.1 million euros in 2021. Cash reserves increased to 1.492 billion euros. The ATHEX-listed board of directors will seek shareholders’ approval to disburse a 0.20-euro per share dividend to shareholders, up from 0.12-euros last year – a dividend payment of more than 35 million euros.
