Optima Bank public offering to conclude on Fri.

A public offering of non-systemic Optima Bank shares – for a subsequent listing on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) – concludes on Friday, with the offering already oversubscribed during the first day of trading.

An initial range of prices hovered at between 6.4 to 7.2 euros per share.

A total of 21 million new shares will be offered, 28.5 percent of the bank’s total, and seeking to raise up to 151.2 million euros.

Final price per share will be announced on Friday by the Athens bourse, where Optima Bank’s security will debut for trading on Tuesday, Oct. 4
