Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp. has entered into a strategic partnership with SPV Axis Maritime Corp., under the leadership of Mr. Nicholas Madias.
The company, operating under its new name Capital Axis Maritime Corp., will provide in-house commercial and technical management services for a fleet of twenty (20) dry bulk vessels. The fleet consists of two (2) Newcastlemax, four (4) Capesize, and seven (7) Kamsarmax and Panamax vessels currently in operation, as well as seven (7) Capesize dry bulk newbuildings, scheduled for delivery in 2027.
The fleet has a total carrying capacity of approximately 3.0 million dwt and an average age of eight years.
