The course of the pandemic and the developments regarding the progress of vaccinations and the resumption of tourism activity in Greece were at the center of the meeting that Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis had this morning at his office at the Maximos Mansion with the President of the European People’s Party (EPP) Donald Tusk.
According to the PM’s office, “the president of the EPP cited the successful management of the pandemic by the Greek government and discussed with Mr. Mitsotakis on current European issues in view of the European Council meeting on May 24 and 25 in Brussels.”
At the same time, the developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and the course of migration were put on the table.
The meeting was attended by the MP for Serres and Secretary of International Relations of New Democracy Tasos Hadjivassiliou and the Press and Communication Advisor of the President of the EPP Beata Turska.
