Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Monday met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the COP26 summit in Glasgow, with talks focusing on bilateral relations and prospects for greater economic and trade ties.
Additionally, a particular reference was made to the ethnic Greek communities in east Ukraine.
Finally, the Greek side briefed Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian delegation over the latest developments in the eastern Mediterranean and Turkey’s continued belligerence.
