OK! Acquired the company Kosmothess Cash & Carry! Anytime Markets SA according to a relevant announcement. The company operates in Northern Greece and this with the method of franchise with convenience stores of 80-300 sq.m.

Kosmothess Cash & Carry’s turnover is estimated to reach € 20 million in wholesale sales. The company has its central warehouses with a total area of ​​4,200 sqm with facilities in Efkarpia and Moudania, Halkidiki. It manages 110 stores under the name Happy Markets.

The management of the company will be taken over by Mr. George Sarigiannidis, a well-known executive of the retail market, with many years of experience.
