
Greece’s air force general staff on Tuesday officially announced that six newly purchased Rafale fighter planes will conduct a flyover of the emblematic Acropolis in central Athens the next day, Wednesday, and between 12 noon and 12.30 (10.30 GMT).
The French-built warplanes will head to and land at the airbase where they will be stationed, the Hellenic Air Force’s 114th combat wing.
