Boutari: The consolidation plan was approved by the shareholders

The general assembly of the Boutari winery unanimously approved the consolidation agreement with the transfer of the company to Premia, while all the actions of the Board of Directors for the submission of the relevant agreement for ratification to the Multi-Member Court of First Instance of Veria were approved. The trial for the examination of this application was set for May 11, 2022.

Under the agreement, Premia will acquire all the real estate of the company, while the main shareholder of Premia, Sterner Stenhus, will take over the winemaking, production and commercial activity of Boutari through the new company SSG Hellenic Wineries SA.
