The decision to set up a subsidiary in Bulgaria was revoked by B&F, as mentioned in a relevant bulletin of the listed company on the Athens Stock Exchange.
In particular, it is pointed out that “the Board of Directors of the Company met at a meeting on 28/04/2022 and decided to revoke the decision of the Board of Directors dated 24/08/2021 for the establishment of a subsidiary in Bulgaria”.
It should be noted that the main activity of the subsidiary in Bulgaria, which will finally not be established, would be e-commerce.
