The Greek government on Wednesday clarified that the obligatory wearing of face masks indoors will still apply for entry and presence in taxis, passenger ferries and pharmacies.
The measure will apply for cruise ships only in case more than 2 percent of passengers test positive for Covid-19, or 4 percent of the crew; 1 percent of the total number of people aboard the vessel.
The measure has been suspended for mass transports that feature assigned seating, i.e. on airplanes, trains and inter-city buses.
The obligatory wearing of face masks remains for hospitals, elderly care units and other related facilities, as well as for mass transit.
