Crete features as second on a list by Mabrian Technologies of the world’s top 10 tourism destinations for 2023, a ranking based on a combination of varying tourism products, air connections and availability of accommodations.

According to the Mabrian Technologies, a travel intelligence services provinder, 2022 will be remembered as a recovery year in the tourism sector for many of the traditional European, Mideast and Caribbean destinations.
First place for Bali
However, what has changed, according to Mabrian, is holiday-makers’ incentives and interests, with structural changes ascertained that will affect future trends.
The results are based on millions of independent interactions by tourists registered on TripAdvisor.
The top spot on the relevant list belongs to the large and iconic Indonesian island of Bali.
