A professional Drone, commissioned by UK’s Guardian, flew over the wreckage of a deadly collision between two trains in north-central Greece late Tuesday evening, and specifically above the Evangelismos site, just south of the entrance to the narrow Tempi Valley.
The collision has resulted in an official death toll – by Wednesday afternoon – of 36, while dozens of people were injured, including a handful being treated in ICUs.
The tragic accident was the lead-off and front-page item of mass media around the world on Wednesday.
