Greece’s privatization agency, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), on Wednesday received one offer in a tender for the sub-concession of the right to construct, operate, manage, maintain and operate a mega yachts marina on the Ionian island of Corfu.
The sole offer was submitted by the Lamda Marinas Investments SMSA company.
The specific licensed mega yachts marina is located within the port of Corfu, west of the cruise pier and near the passenger terminal.
HRADF bills the facility as able to accommodate 98 vessels of up to 140 meters. Its land zone is listed at 39,400 square meters, while through a possible extension the facility can cover a land area of approximately 100,000 square meters.
