Citizens who report cases of tax evasion through the Appodixi application, which enables taxpayers to check the authenticity of the receipts they receive, will receive a monetary reward.
The tax-bonus for those who “rat on” tax evasion was announced a little while ago by the Minister of National Economy and Finance Kostis Hatzidakis during the presentation of the new digital complaint platform of AADE.
Details of the bonus will be included in a provision of the new tax bill with measures against tax evasion that will be presented to the cabinet.
