Sklavenitis, one of Greece’s biggest supermarket retailers, on Friday announced an agreement to purchase 25 Spitiki Kouzina (Home Kitchen) ready meals outlets in the greater Athens area.
The supermarket chain said all 75 job spots will be guaranteed.
Spitiki Kouzina has been considered as a good quality and affordable option for years for consumers seeking more traditional meals for lunch on weekdays, while also offering a variety of appetizers and salads along with cooked meals, according to market sources.
Glaros Group, controlled by Sklavenitis, late last year acquired the Mandral Storage Properties company, while citing increased investment in its Magoula facility in west Attica prefecture, with the aim of producing 250,000 meals per day.
