The FOURLIS Group published the 12th Report on Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility.
The Report, which presents information on the management and sustainable development performance of the Group and covers the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, is addressed to all stakeholders of the FOURLIS Group and to all those interested in the Group’s approach to these matters.
The 2020 Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility Report was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), “core” option. The FOURLIS Group considers that this choice reflects its commitment to linking its broader strategy to its economic, social and environmental impacts and its contribution to sustainable development, in the context of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). .
For the compilation of the Report, in addition, specific indicators of the ESG Information Disclosure Guide of the Athens Stock Exchange (2019) were taken into account.
This Report is also the Communication on Progress of the Group, in compliance with the ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the largest international voluntary initiative for responsible business action, to which the FOURLIS Group subscribes since 2008.
The Social Responsibility Department of the FOURLIS Group was responsible for the creation of the Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility Report 2020. The Report received external assurance from the Department of Climate Change and Sustainable Development Services of EY Greece. The design of the form was edited by The Nomad Design Tribe.
