Legislative improvements in the development bill, which is being discussed in the Plenary Session of the Parliament and its voting is expected to take place late in the afternoon, was submitted by the Deputy Minister of Development, responsible for private investments, Nikos Papathanasis.
The new improvement regulations provide, inter alia, that:
– Individual agricultural enterprises can participate in the agri-food regime for up to 200,000 euros.
– Special emphasis is given to the development of Thrace with a premium in the rating of investment projects.
– Partial subsidy is provided for small businesses in the de-lignified areas as well.
– Included in the investment plans and non-main accommodation for their modernization as well as one and two star hotels.
