The general shareholder meeting of Creta Plastics, held on July 15 approved the reduction of the company’s share capital by returning cash to shareholders, with a reduction in the nominal value of the share.
The share capital will be reduced by 12,320,640 euros with a return of cash to the shareholders and a reduction in the legal value of the share by 0.45 euros, from 1.43 to 0.98 euros. Following this, the company’s share capital will amount to 26,831,616 euros and the return of capital that will be given is 0.45 euros per share.
