
Quest announced that it is undertaking to cover the entire increase in the share capital of listed firm G.E. Dimitriou, in accordance with the terms of the resolution agreement.
More specifically, the Quest group informed of its intention to cover the 5 million euro AMC and to enter the company – through its listed parent, Quest Holdings – as a strategic investor with a majority percentage of more than 95% (from 95.03 to 99.21%).

G.E. DIMITRIOU SA was founded in 1987 starting its collaboration with TOYOTOMI Co LTD. The main object of its activity was KEROSUN heaters until 1993, where it assumed the exclusive representation and distribution of TOUOTOMI air conditioners, while in 1999 it launched its collaboration with Carrier Hellas for the exclusive distribution of the home air conditioner.
In 2000, with the acquisition of TOSHIBA by Carrier Corporation, it took over the official distribution of TOSHIBA home air conditioning. In 2004, GED TOYOTOMI ITALIA SRL, based in Milan, is founded as the official distributor of TOYOTOMI domestic and commercial air conditioning in Italy, and at the same time an export department is created.
The company continues growing with the establishment of a small appliances and electronic devices department, taking over the exclusive distribution of the brands KENWOOD, MAC AUDIO, AUDIOVOX and BLAUPUNKT for audio and video products. In 2006, it expanded its activity in the field of hotel equipment through its subsidiary DELTA HOTELIA. In 2010 it joined forces with the VELL INTERNATIONAL GROUP.
Points of reference are both the creation of a LOGISTICS center in Aspropyrgos, and the organized technical support network under the name SIBA TECHNICAL Its institutional role in the household appliances sector is represented through its participation in the company ANAKIKLOSI SYSKEVON SA and in S.V.E.H.S (Association of Electrical Appliances Industries and Companies).
