Greece’s privatization agency, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), on Tuesday announced an extension of a deadline to submit binding offers for the Attiki Odos tollway in the greater Athens area. The new deadline is July 10, 2023.
Submission of binding offers is part of a tender process for a concession agreement related to the financing, operation, maintenance and exploitation of tollway, according to HRADF.
One prominent feature of the tender is that the Greek state requires the current toll fee of 2.80 euros to drop to 2.50 euros for a specific period of time after the new concession takes effect.
