A 500-million-euro public offering for the issue of a common bond loan for ATHEX-listed Mytilineos was completed on Thursday, with bids totaling slightly more than one billion euros, an oversubscription of the issue by 2.01 times.
The offering price was set at 1,000 euros per bond.
The final yield reached 4.00 percent and the interest rate of the bonds at 4.00 percent annually.
The joint coordinators were Eurobank, Alpha Bank, National Bank and Piraeus Bank.
