Alexandroupolis: The completion of the tender for the sale of the port within May

In the first week of May, the tender process for the sale of the majority stake in the Alexandroupolis Port Authority will be completed, as assessed by the mayor of Alexandroupolis, Giannis Zampoukis, speaking from the podium of the Prodexpo North conference.

Among other things, the mayor of Alexandroupolis referred to the project of connection with the eastern ring road, 3.6 km long and amounting to 36 million euros, but also to the upgrading of the railway line connecting the port with the north, the Balkans and the ports of the Black Sea, with a total budget of 1.08 billion euros.
