Titan Group reported a 33.1-percent increase in 2022 sales, reaching 2.282 billion euros, with its US and Greek sales accounted for more than 70 percent of group sales.
Consolidated EBITDA reached 331.2 million euros in 2022, with all markets recording double-digit growth rates. Fourth quarter EBITDA reached 96.7 million euros, up from 55.6 million euros in the corresponding period of 2021.
Net earnings per share grew 24.4 percent, with net profit after tax totaling 109.7 million euros, up 19.3 million euros from 2021, despite exchange rate losses in the Egyptian market.
Net borrowing was 797.3 million euros, up by 84 million from the previous year.
The board of directors, according to a press release, will seek shareholders’ approval for a dividend of 0.60 euros per share.
