
The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund announced the launch of electronic auctions for forty-two (42) properties, in the context of the utilization of public real estate through the electronic platform e-Auction and the website www.e-publicrealestate.gr. A process in which the Public Real Estate Company (ETAD) will have the role of consultant.
Specifically, the properties are the following:
Three (3) seaside parcels of land in “Louridi Lake”, Koutsounari area, of the Municipality of Ierapetra in Crete.
Ten (10) plots of land in the New Passengers of the Municipality of Thermaikos of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Seven (7) plots of land in Ano Scholari of the Municipality of Thermi of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Four (4) plots of land in Trilofos of the Municipality of Thermi of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Eight (8) plots of land in the Heart of the Municipality of Thermi of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
Ten (10) plots of land in Nea Aghialo of the Municipality of Chalkidona of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki.
The deadline for submitting the required supporting documents and documents of Phase 1 of the Competition is set for September 26, 2023.
Those interested can refer to the website www.e-publicrealestate.gr and the HRADF website in order to be informed about the e-Auction process and the properties to be exploited.
Six Greek public bodies are vying for major investment schemes, with HRADF having organized the tenders schedule.
These are marinas, ports, the Attica Highway, the closure of the Egnatia Highway concession and the further privatization of Athens International Airport.

In the coordinated effort of TAIPED to utilize the marinas and tourist ports of its portfolio, the Argostoli Marina in Kefalonia is also included. The tender for the concession of port operation services (docking services and other services) and the right to use, operate, manage and exploit is in the second phase, the submission of tenders. There are six investment schemes that claim this infrastructure:
