According to information, the hotel complex Capsis in Crete has ended up in the hands of Hines and the collaborating group Giannis and Tina Daskalantonaki, for 125 million euros.
The auction took place today at 12 noon while the auction will start later for three more properties (mainly plots of land) located in the surrounding area and belonging to the complex.
This is the complex Out of the Blue Capsis Elite Resort in Agia Pelagia, Crete, belonging to interests of Dias Capsis, which was placed under special management in 2020 with the acceleration of Eurobank and the Cooperative of Chania.
The hotel complex of five different units, which operate as a whole, with a total capacity of 490 rooms, includes catering facilities, multipurpose rooms, outdoor and sports facilities, 39 swimming pools (7 shared and 32 used privately), health and wellness center with sauna, heated pool, hot tub, relaxation area, gym, nursery facilities, and even a Minoan amusement park and chapel.
