The process of increasing the share capital of PPC is breaking all records.
According to market sources, one hour after the opening of the book of offers and the private placement has already raised the requested amount of the increase which is 1.350 billion euros. The offers exceed all expectations, while the book remains open.
According to the same market players, the offer prices are at 9 euros, a fact that marks the sale price of the shareholders after the closing of the book of offers.
Estimates see that in combination with the offers of institutional investors the amount of 1.350 billion euros will be exceeded.
However, market sources believe that PPC will not raise more funds given the public participation in the share capital increase to maintain its share at 34.12%.
