With an innovative, pioneering and unique curriculum, adapted to the demanding circumstances of the times, Alba Graduate Business School, starting the 5th class of the Executive MBA program in September 2022, addressed to senior and top executives from all sectors of the Greek economy.

The program is designed so that it allows participants to interact with world-class teachers, as well as renowned executives from across the spectrum of economic life, thus broadening their perspective and gaining the right skills to become tomorrow’s leaders.
Target Audience
The Alba Executive MBA is addressed exclusively to c-level and senior executives and entrepreneurs from all sectors of the Greek economy, with at least 10 years of service, and offers the opportunity to create a network of professional contacts, since all participants are selected after a rigorous evaluation process and having as an essential criterion their professional path and reputation.

Five strategic modules
The curriculum is designed to provide participants with the business acumen, skills and competencies needed to become modern leaders, through a range of courses and seminars that include case study presentations, discussions, simulations, assignments, and lectures by renowned teachers.
The content of the program unfolds through five strategic thematic units, the “Challenges of the International Environment”, the “Fundamental Principles of Business”, the “Development of Personal Skills” and “Organizational Skills” and the “Renewal of Business”, while special attention is given to the dynamics of the digital transformation and disruption brought about by the pandemic in the operation of companies, with the aim of upgrading the leadership skills of senior executives and keeping abreast of the developments of the digital age.
Providing time flexibility to the participants, the courses are held two weekends per month, with English as the language of instruction, and have a total duration of 20 months.
