The fair value of Noval Property’s investment real estate portfolio amounted to 389.7 million euros as at 30 June 2021, showing an increase of 29% compared to 30 June 2020 and 7% compared to 31 December 2020.
According to the relevant information of the company, the increases of fair value came, among others, from the development of real estate, such as the completion of The Orbit office building in Athens and the completion of the construction of the expansion of the River West shopping center, the acquisition of full ownership through corporate transformation and the purchase of three properties, in parallel with the sale of two properties.
