Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. on Friday announced the conclusion of the synthetic securitization of a 1.9-billion-euro performing SME/corporate portfolio, dubbed “Project Aurora.”
The securitization was achieved with Christofferson, Robb & Company (CRC) as the lead investor, along with AnaCap Financial Partners (AnaCap) as well as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
