After the deal of Lamda Development with Brook Lane Capital for the mixed use tower in the area of Vouliagmenis Avenue in Ellinikon, two other big projects are at the starting line in the big project of the regeneration of the area of 6.2 million square meters.
In particular, at the end of February, the contractor of the infrastructure projects of Ellinikon is expected to be announced. Their amount amounts to about 500 million euros.
It is recalled that in the middle of last December, financial and technical offers were submitted by the GEK TERNA group, Avax, the Archirodon – Ellactor group and the Intrakat – Wade Adams group, in which the Mytilineos group also participates.
Infrastructure projects include the undergrounding of Vouliagmenis Avenue, the development of utility networks, the construction of a special underground sewage treatment plant to meet the irrigation needs of green spaces (eg park, etc.), but also a extensive network of routes, more than 50 km long.
Marina Tower

According to information about the tower of the apartments, GEK TERNA has submitted bids in cooperation with ACC, Avax with the Italian Rizzani de Eccher, but also Intrakat in a joint venture with the French Bouygues. Also, Archirodon will participate in the tender, in collaboration with Besix from Belgium, while there is an agreement with Ellactor, which will undertake the construction of the building as a subcontractor, in case the specific scheme becomes the contractor of the project.
The casino
Within the year, the start of the procedures for the development of the Integrated Tourist Complex and Casino in Ellinikon is also expected. The signing of the concession agreement of EEEP with GEK TERNA is expected, as well as its ratification by law by the Parliament.
