The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) is proceeding with the launch of an international tender, as it is described in the Request for Proposal dated 24/06/2022 for the exploitation through a long-term agreement of a land plot of 456.916m2 with buildings and a recognized thermal spring in Loutropoli Kamena Vourla Spa Town of the Fthiotida Prefecture.
The plot with a total area of approximately 2260 sq.m. hosts the “GALINI” Hotel, three (3) newer monuments and a recognized thermal spring.
Installation development
The property is located by the sea, approximately in the middle of the urban complex of Kamena Vourla, an area known for its thermal baths and is suitable for the development of tourist facilities and thermal spring-medical tourism. Specifically, the Property to the North has a front to the sea, while to the South it extends to the sides of the “Knimis” forested mountain while it is easily accessible through the urban and national road network. Furthermore, an environmental study has been prepared and approved, based on which the uses for “Tourism-Leisure” are foreseen and protection zones of the thermal spring are defined.
The tender process of the HRADF for the Property in Loutropoli Kamenon Vourlon will be conducted in one phase. Interested investors are invited to submit an expression of interest file by October 31, 2022. Details of the tender process are described in the Call for Expressions of Interest, which has been posted on the HRADF website.
