The exclusion of Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarter-finals of the Monte Carlo Master 1000, forced – as was already known – his drop to 5th place – from 3rd – in the ranking of the International Tennis Federation (ATP), after losing 820 points, as a result of which he now has 4,950.
This was also the biggest loss of points in the first 30 positions of the ranking.
Tsitsipas’s earnings from the Australian Open
At the top, Novak Djokovic remained at the top, ahead of Carlos Alkarath, while Cassper Ruud and Daniil Medvedev moved up one place, 3rd and 4th respectively, to overtake the Greek champion.
