A high-voltage current penetrated the body of an Independent Power Transmission Organization worker in his attempt to cut trees.
A branch that fell on a live wire resulted in the unfortunate man being struck by high voltage current and being seriously injured.
The worker was immediately transferred to the Florina Hospital where he was intubated, while his transfer to a hospital in Thessaloniki is being considered.
