
The first Hilton hotel in Santorini opens in the spring of 2022.
The international chain already has a presence in our country in addition to the historic Hilton Athens, with another hotel in Crete the Royal Senses Resort in collaboration with the Troulis Royal Collection.
Hilton’s new acquisition is the Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, which operates under a franchise agreement with Alexandros Ltd.

The hotel has 37 rooms with a private beach and is located at the southern tip of the island, in Exomytis. In his statements, Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president for Hilton development in Europe, Middle East and Africa, stressed, among other things, that with a presence of over sixty years in Greece we are expanding our plans in the country, with the first Hilton hotel in Santorini.
One of the most popular islands in the country, Santorini welcomes more than two million visitors every year and is the ideal location for our second Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in the Greek islands. This new addition is one of more than twenty Curio Collection hotels currently under construction in Europe, doubling the company’s presence on the continent over the next three years.
For his part, Mr. Michalis Karamolegos, owner of Alexandros Ltd, stated, among other things, that “our many years of experience in the field of hospitality in Santorini, by organizing excursions and transfers to hotels and villas, makes us ideal partners for the launch of the first hotel of the Hilton family on the island »
The Curio Collection by Hilton is one of the Hilton brands with more than 100 hotels and resorts. Recently, Hilton committed to creating an increasing number of Curio Collection hotels by Hilton, with 66 of them already under construction. Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort will be the next Greek Curio hotel, following the opening of The Royal Senses Resort & Spa Crete, Curio Collection by Hilton in June.
