Greece’s labor and social insurances ministry on Monday announced a memorandum of cooperation signed (MoC) between its affiliated Manpower Employment Organization (OAED), the unemployment benefits and employment-finding agency, and Microsoft Hellas, the multinational’s subsidiary in the east Mediterranean country.
The MoC aims to boost cooperation in the development of eligible beneficiaries’ digital skills.
The relevant agreement was signed in the presence of the relevant labor ministry, Kostis Hatzidakis, with the CEO of Microsoft’s subsidiary for Greece, Cyprus and Malta, Theodoris Michalopoulos, and OAED director Spyros Protopsaltis representing either side.
