The Company Quality & Reliability SA informs the investing public that on 29/09/2021 the approval of the merger of the subsidiary DIGIBOOKS4ALL SA (absorbed) by the also subsidiary GREENOVATIVE SA (absorbing) was registered in the general corporation registry under transaction number 2631034 .
In both merging companies (absorbing and absorbing) Quality & Reliability SA is the sole shareholder.
The merger took place a) in accordance with the provisions of articles 7 to 21 of L.4601 / 19, article 54 of L.4172 / 13 and article 61 of L.4438 / 16, b) on 20/07/2021 decisions of the General Meetings of the shareholders of the above companies and c) of notarial deed No. 10634.
This merger will result in lower operating costs and improved financial results.
